Permanently delete your account and associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Cancellation cascades to active subscriptions, entitlements, and recording consents. Deletion completes within 24 hours per our service-level agreement.

What account deletion covers

A completed request deletes or anonymizes non-essential account data within 30 days. Subscription access, consents, saved subtitle content, and linked extension identifiers are removed or revoked as part of the deletion workflow.

Records that may be retained

Payment, tax, invoice, dispute, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained when required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
